Richard has served as
Chairman and CEO since the Company’s IPO in 1995. The Leeds family
has successfully led the Company to become one of the leading
multi-channel merchants in the consumer electronics industry.
Richard has guided the Company from its days as a small-cap direct
marketing firm, through its establishment as a leading Internet
retailer and its channel expansion into brick-and-mortar retail
stores. |

Bruce Leeds
Vice Chairman
Bruce has
served as President of Systemax’s International
Operations from 1990 until March 2005. Like his brother
Robert, Bruce has been with the Company for over 30
years and has a wealth of industry experience. He is
instrumental in the development and execution of
Systemax’s strategy. |

Robert Leeds
Vice Chairman
Robert has
served as President of Systemax’s Domestic Operations from April
1995 until March 2005. Robert has over 30 years of experience in the
industry and with the Company. He is a key resource that plays an
active role in overseeing the development and execution of
Systemax’s strategic goals. As part of Robert’s duties, he also
supervises the business activities of the rebate processing
operations.

Larry Reinhold
Chief Financial Officer
Larry joined the Company as its CFO in 2007 and as a Director in 2009. He was previously the
CFO of several publicly traded technology companies and a Managing Partner with
PricewaterhouseCoopers with responsibility for its Technology,
Information, Communications, Media and Entertainment industry
practice in the Midwestern U.S. |

David Sprosty
Chief Executive of the North American Technology Products Group
David joined the Company as the Chief Executive of the North American Technology Products Group in October 2011. He was previously a Managing Partner at The ROIG Group, a management consulting agency specializing in consumer electronics retail, product development, services and mobility. Prior to that, he was an executive at Best Buy Company Inc., holding various positions, including Senior Vice President of Emerging Devices and CEO of Best Buy Mobile. |

Pim Dale
Chief Executive of the European Technology Products Group
Pim joined the Company as the Chief Executive of the European Technology Products Group in January 2012. He was previously at Dell for 14 years in various roles, including Vice President and General Manager for Dell’s Global Distribution Channels and Vice President and General Manager for Dell’s EMEA Emerging Markets business. Earlier in his career, Pim was employed in various roles at Sun Microsystems, Siemens Nixdorf and Hewlett Packard. |

Bob Dooley
President, Global Industrial
Bob joined Global Industrial as its Vice President of Marketing and e-Commerce in 2007 and was promoted to President in January 2012. Prior to his roles at Global Industrial, Bob was employed in various roles for Systemax and its predecessor companies, including Senior Vice President of Worldwide Computer Sales and Marketing and as a Director from 1995 through 2004. |

Curt Rush
General
Counsel and Secretary
Curt has been General Counsel and Secretary of the Company since
1996. Prior to joining Systemax, Mr. Rush was Corporate Counsel to
Globe Communications Corp. and to Image Bank, Inc. He was previously
a corporate attorney with the law firms of Shereff, Friedman,
Hoffman & Goodman and Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis. |

Tom Axmacher
Vice President and Controller
Tom
joined Systemax in 2006. He was previously Chief Financial Officer
and Controller of Curative Health Services, Inc., a publicly traded
health care company. Prior to that, he served as Controller of Tempo
Instrument Group, an electronics manufacturer. |

Ben White
Vice President and Auditor
Ben joined Systemax in 2007 from Black and Decker, where he was Director of Internal Controls and Compliance. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager in the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Ben has over 15 years of internal and external audit experience. |
