CompUSA: Systemax acquired the business in early 2008 and has transformed the "The Computer Superstore” retailer. The all-new CompUSA now has a wider selection of consumer electronics, improved customer service and better values. CompUSA sells products through retail stores (in the U.S.), its website, direct mail catalogs and business call centers.
Circuit City: Systemax acquired the e-commerce business of Circuit City in 2009 and has relaunched circuitcity.com as an all-new site with a wide selection of computers, accessories and consumer electronics with better values.
MISCO: As one of Europe’s largest online retailers and business-to-business marketers of technology products and supplies, MISCO operates in 14 European countries and serves millions of customers. Unlike some online retailers, we have local offices in most countries so we can better serve our customers.
Global Computer Supplies / Global Government & Education: Global started selling personal computers to businesses in the early 1980’s. Since then we have become a leading merchant of computers, computer parts and accessories catering to businesses, government agencies and education institutions.
InfoTel USA:
InfoTel is a distributor of technology products to value
added resellers.
SystemaxPC:
SystemaxPC is a manufacturer of "The Perfect PC" for the
educated buyer who wants name brand components, warranty and service
without paying for massive amounts of advertising.
Ultra Products:
Ultra Products is a manufacturer of a complete line of
computer accessories, including computer memory, cooling solutions,
power supplies, computer cases, laptop batteries, hard drives, mp3
players and cables. Products are sold through Systemax channels, as well as
third party retailers.
ComputerTV:
An innovative force behind online technology-related video, ComputerTV has been producing unique and compelling content since 2006. With 40 million-plus video views on YouTube, and more than one million on-site views each month, the online video network drives significant eyeballs. ComputerTV offers product overviews, tutorials, how-to’s, Q&A’s, live streaming events and other video presentations, offering simultaneous interaction between thousands of users. Powered by TubeMogul and Ustream.TV, ComputerTV syndicates its content to online destinations. ComputerTV is a production of SYX Services, Inc.

SYX Distribution operates a world-class, high volume centralized warehouse and distribution center in Naperville IL, serving the Systemax Technology Products Group businesses in the United States and Canada.
